This course can improve employee customer service skills that in turn can grow the marina customer base by covering proven techniques to ascertain what customers want and need. Harbor staff then can fine tune operations to meet these expectations. Content highlights ways to know what the competition is doing and methods to stay abreast of industry standards. This course is part of the Career Training for Ports and Marinas program. Work done is on your own time within a designated period of time.
